The GTA Rehab Network is made up of publicly-funded hospital and community-based organizations from across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) that are involved in the planning and provision of rehabilitation services.
Committed to the integration of rehabilitation throughout the continuum of care, the Network is developing innovative solutions to system-wide issues so that patients can receive rehab services when and where they need them.
The Network is a one-stop resource for rehab providers — a source for best practices, innovative tools and system planning information and analysis.
The GTA Rehab Network serves as a coordinating and advisory body. It does not provide direct service to clients. It was established in 1999, on the direction of the Health Services Restructuring Commission (HSRC).
