Network’s 2019/20 annual report now available

The Network has released its 2019/20 annual report, Supporting Members. Supporting System Change. Ontario’s health system is undergoing enormous change as a result of bundled care, Ontario Health Teams and now, COVID-19. The 2019/20 report provides an overview of how the Network is helping its members to respond and adapt as they continue to deliver high quality rehabilitative care.

Network proposes pricing for stroke bundled care

The Network has developed evidence-based pricing for hospital-based outpatient stroke rehab to support the rollout of stroke bundled care. The proposed pricing was submitted to the Ministry of Health in October. The Network has also met with the Ministry to provide further information and answer questions as it considers the pricing. New tools support bundled care implementation

Two new Network tools will streamline communication between bundle holders and provider organizations. The tools address operational concerns raised by Network members participating in bundled care.
